Parallel AA alignment of three workstations: The equipment is divided into three independent bonding workstations, which respectively complete the bonding of G, R, and B color panels and X-Cubes. Each workstation can run in parallel to improve output efficiency

    • High precision multi axis motion platform: using GMT precision six axis sliding table and AKD linear module combination to achieve precise adjustment of the product in X, Y, Z and attitude angles (Tx, Ty, Tz, etc.), ensuring alignment accuracy

    • Optical system assisted calibration and AA: Equipped with an auto collimator to calibrate the optical system, the AA camera can perform fine adjustments in the Tx, Ty, and X directions, and real-time image acquisition through the optical system guides alignment
