The device uses a precision axis to clamp the lens, combined with an infrared camera to monitor the spot shape and optical power feedback in real time, automatically completes multi-dimensional alignment optimization, and finally achieves permanent fixation of the lens through glue dispensing and UV curing

Multi dimensional precision motion platform: Lens axis system integrates X/Y/Z three-axis electric precision platform, θ Z electric rotation axis, and θ X/θ Y manual adjustment platform, with a comprehensive repeat positioning accuracy of ≤ 5 μ m, meeting micrometer level coupling alignment requirements.
