It is mainly used for hot-melt assembly between bracket, sensor and glass, and the assembly process requires high clearance accuracy (tolerance ±0.035mm). The equipment is calibrated by two cameras to achieve high-precision alignment assembly. After hot melt pressure curing, the precision assembly between bracket, sensor and glass is realized, thus achieving accurate vibration feedback experience.
